1. In 1982 Yuhua was a small private cloth store in Luzhou in Sichuan province.

2. In 1990 the small cloth store has evolved into small scale of a company and it shifts from Luzhou , Sichuan province to Xiqiao in Foshan, Guangzhou province.

3. In 1992 the cloth store developed in Liusha, Puning, in Guangdong province from Foshan. And the cloth were all imported from Hong Kong and our products were sold everywhere across the country.

4. At the beginning of 1996, we registered Yuhua ( Guangzhou ) Textile Company in Guangdong , Guangzhou province. At the same year, in Ke Qiao Jing Gong Square in Shaoxing , Zhejiang province, we set up an enterprise incorporating manufacturing, supplying with marketing.

5. On Sep. 24 1999 we registered Zhejiang Yuhua Textile Co. Ltd., that is the headquarters of Yuhua Company with certain scale.

6. On Dec. 15 2000 with the emerging demand of Yuhua in the world, we set up Zhejiang Shaoxing Yu E Textile (Foreign Trade) Co. Ltd. that is responsible for overseas marketing. At the same time, the head office of Yuhua set up offices and agents in many regions across the country, such as Wuhan in Hubei province, Tianjin , Chengdu in Sichuan province, Dongguan in Guangdong province, Zhongshan in Guangdong province, and Shenzhen in Guangdong province.

7. In 2002 we set up Yuhua ( Shanghai ) Branch.

8. On Nov. 11 2002 with the constant development of our foreign trade, we set up Hong Kong Chuangyi International Firm that became a window connecting us with overseas business.

9. On August 27 2003 because Hong Kong Chuangyi Firm could not satisfy all the demand of overseas market, we set up Yu E (USA) Company in the USA specializing in marketing in foreign trade.

10. In 2004 we set up Yuhua ( Beijing ) Company.

11. In 2005 we have conditions to set up stockholding group. The top leaders decided to shift to Chuangyi Garden , in Meilin Road near Keqiao Kebei Expressway. We set up Yuhua Stockholding Group Co. Ltd. and set up 5 sales branches in Ke Qiao Jing Gong Square .

12. In 2005 we set up Yuhua Landscape Engineering Company in order to develop our enterprise toward diversification.
